I was born and raised in the island paradise of Jamaica, and blessed to have lived there most of my adult years. I currently reside in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Surrounded by palm trees and beaches I tell myself every day I moved from paradise to paradise. If you’ve been to both places then you know it’s true. Thinking about my journey reminds me of one of my Grandma’s principles on which I was raised…..

I don’t make room for grudges and I would rather lose a battle than wage a war. Because peace is a beautiful thing.
I have been married to the world’s gentlest giant for 29 years and together we’ve managed to create a mini-me of us both…..incredible! They each represent the cornerstones of “my why” - the reason I do what I do. But together we are GSx3, a force ready to handle whatever life throws at us.
I spent 35 years building a successful sales and marketing career. And if I say so myself, SALES is my jam. I’ve always been good at it and sales has been extremely good to me.
There is one area of sales though, with which I struggled for a long time and that was selling ME on me.
So even as a results oriented sales professional, having received numerous awards, millions of dollars in commissions and recognition for my personal performance and my results in coaching and training. I knew I wanted and was capable of doing more. I just didn’t know what that was.
But now I do! I help aspiring entrepreneurs and career professionals activate the confidence they need to make their way up the corporate ladder or pursue their dreams of entrepreneurship. Using what they know and already have to create fulfillment and financial security.
I believe success is personal
It’s not a “one size fits all” and every individual has the right to determine what that looks like for them. I’ve also walked in my client’s shoes. My commitment to helping women create their unique path to success was born out of my ability to find the confidence and direction to pursue my passion. While holding down a full time sales management job with one of the nation's largest specialty retailers.
